Testimonials from past CIAC courses:
"CIAC offers brilliant opportunities for conductors to work on their craft in a supportive atmosphere with expert advice on hand, while engaging with core repertoire and connecting with peers along the way. I thoroughly recommend CIAC to any conductor looking to sharpen their skills."
"Imagine a seminar where intellectual imagination, collaboration, and curiosity, are allowed to run rampant within a musical setting. That is what CIAC represents for me: a space, online and in-person, that envision conducting as a purely musical pursuit or vocation, untethered to the strings of expectations. Jonathan Mann has created a flexible schedule that maximises learning and experience within an orchestral setting. Most importantly, CIAC is not formulaic to chase a brand of conducting. Instead, Mann has curated a learning experience tailored to each participant."
